The Service desk may request that the problem is reproduced without add-ons and extensions loaded.There is no support for beta versions of Firefox. The latest version is defined as the production one which is downloadable from the Firefox web pages at. If the user reporting a problem is running an older version of Firefox, the Service Desk may ask the user to upgrade to the latest version before investigating further.
